Returns & Refunds
At Harbour + Beneficial™, every product is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print issue, we’ll make it right.
How to Request a Return
You have 30 days after receiving your order to report a damaged or incorrect item. To start the process:

Include clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
⚠️ Please note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because every order is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
Since we print each item on demand, we are not able to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors once your order has been produced. If you’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately after purchase at info@wearyourisland.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return request, we’ll confirm by email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@wearyourisland.com.
