Shipping policy

At Harbour + Beneficial‚ every piece is made to order. That means your item is created just for you once your order comes in.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days.
  • During peak seasons or supply chain delays, production may take longer.

Shipping Times & Carriers

  • After fulfillment, orders ship with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 1-8 business days after fulfillment.
  • International orders may take 1-20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Some products may ship separately, so don't worry if your items arrive in more than one package.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
  • If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help make it right.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos when you reach out so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or size swaps. We will gladly replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to start a claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at your expense.

Customs & Duties

  • International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. These are set by your country's regulations and are not included in our prices.
